Santuari de Lluc
Nature in the Serra de Tramuntana
The objective of the garden is to show and preserve the wide range of plant species found, reproducing in a natural-looking environment. The large amount of water has created an ecosystem for many aquatic plants and has led to the presence of a great variety of wildlife. Among them many birds, which come to drink water during the long, dry summer. Another objective is the conservation of biodiversity, protection of species with special dedication to endemic and native species of the Balearic Islands, as well as others from different regions of the world.
